Prime’s calendar has opened up for summer sessions! Athletes will be in session for a comprehensive course in power, absolute speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. Prime’s approach is to build a solid strength foundation based on technique and fundamentals, while expanding the limits on linear and lateral movements that an athlete must master on the field. The Goal is to enhance athletic performance, but also build leadership skills and confidence.

Session 1 June 23rd to June 26th  6pm-7:30pm

Session 2 July 14th to July 17th 6pm-7:30pm

Price $275 per athlete
