MICHAEL C. PETRINA
OWNER // BIOMECHANICS THERAPIST
Michael C. Petrina is a Biomechanics Therapist and the owner/operator of PRIME, an innovative sports performance facility combining fitness, movement and biomechanics. He coined the term based on his approach to treatment and training. Michael specializes in pre-injury and post-rehab strength training and treatment. His treatment concentrates in neuromuscular structural integration that resolves injuries and discrepancies in biomechanics and anatomy. His cross-functional approach minimizes downtime as his clients can continue to build strength and flexibility while overcoming injury. Studying under Dr. Keith Pyne, a pioneer in corrective therapy, for many years, Michael has honed his treatment skills and developed a system that corrects the actual cause of the pain. Unlike traditional methodologies that only treat symptoms providing just temporary relief, Michael's system is unique in that he incorporates manual therapy, proprioception, and corrective patterning to reset the brain's connection with the body. Addressing the problem where it starts, in the body's kinetic chain, is paramount in Michael's treatment philosophy - and why his clients consistently improve their performance.
Michael has worked with several professional athletes in post injury rehabilitation and biomechanical efficiency. He is a consultant with professional sports teams, assisting in the treatment and design of programs to reduce the chance of injuries.
IVAN TCHATCHOUWO

Ivan Tchatchouwo focuses on sports and athlete-specific performance, injury prevention protocols, and rehab training. Being a former collegiate basketball athlete himself, Ivan understands the mental and physical demands of training like an athlete that translate into meeting your life’s goals and needs. Ivan came to us with an undergrad degree from Concordia College and is finalizing his M.A in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. He has been with PRIME since 2015 and looks to continue impacting the lives of our clients.
Tonya DIMARCO
PERFORMANCE COACH // Massage Therapist
Tonya DiMarco is a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist. She took her passion for health and fitness and turned it into her career, working closely with clients ranging in age from fifteen to seventy-five. Prior to her many years as a certified personal trainer and a licensed massage therapist, Tonya has had extensive experience understanding women’s bodies as a high risk ultrasound sonographer and has also specialized in body contouring, working closely with plastic surgeons. She is a proud mother of three and is a former International Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (INBF) Best Body three time champion. Tonya loves to bring her clients to a place of complete overall health so they can feel strong and confident by living a healthy lifestyle. Teaching proper body mechanics enables her clients to lose weight, regain their health and achieve optimal results.
Brandon Brown
Performance coach
Brandon Brown is a certified personal trainer specialized in optimizing functional movements. He is dedicated to improving clients’ quality of life, and keeps abreast of techniques and approaches that further his clients’ goals. He is passionate about making people the best version of themselves through health and wellness.
A martial arts student/enthusiast and former athlete, Brandon has over ten advanced training certifications including Certified Nutritionist, Kettlebell, Pre-post-natal, NASM CES, Yoga, Combat Training, among others. He is a former instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) where he taught the CPT and CES courses. A trainer for over a decade, he formerly worked at Equinox in New York and also ran a gym in Scarsdale, NY.
“As a firefighter and trainer, my passion is helping people. Being a student of martial arts for over 25 years has taught me the importance of building your body and your mind,” says Brandon. “In my training, I take a well-rounded approach. Incorporating a little bit of knowledge from my different studies and practices into my instruction allows me to help my clients in the most advantageous way.”

JEN WALKER

Jen Walker uses her passion for health and fitness to improve her clients’ lives. Jen holds ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certifications as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutritionist. She has extensive experience coaching people of all ages. Her years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach has enabled her to help her clients become more confident and much stronger mentally and physically. Jen loves seeing her clients burn energy and shed pounds with her specialized HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions. And as a certified nutritionist she knows that diet and exercise work hand in hand to unlock the body’s full potential. “I love what I do and I’m happy to continue helping others to become healthier, more confident and the best version of themselves. I'm here to support you in creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle, while finding the joy and fun in health and fitness.”
Jen is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she combined her passion for fashion and fitness. As both a personal trainer and personal shopper, she can work you out by day and dress you up at night.
Laureta bajraktari
PERFORMANCE COACH
Laureta Bajraktari is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through a balanced, realistic approach. With years of experience and a background in bikini bodybuilding, she knows what it takes to transform one’s body and build lasting, healthy habits. As a mom to a young child, Laureta understands the challenges of juggling fitness with a busy life and brings a practical, sustainable approach to her coaching.
With a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Laureta takes a structured and analytical approach to fitness. Her expertise in strength training, body recomposition, sustainable weight loss, and injury prevention allows her to create tailored, results-driven programs for clients at any fitness level. Her approach combines the principles of bodybuilding with a holistic view of wellness, helping clients build both physical strength and mental resilience. Focusing on long-term success, she empowers clients to feel confident, strong, and equipped with healthy habits that extend beyond the gym.
